1. Alpine Linux
A security-oriented, lightweight Linux distribution based on uClibc (soon musl libc) and Busybox.
2. Astaro Security Linux
This is a secure Linux-based distribution that is based on the Mandrake operating system.
3. Bastille Linux
The Bastille Hardening program "locks down" an operating system, proactively configuring the system for increased security and decreasing its susceptibility to compromise. Bastille can also assess a system's current state of hardening, granularly reporting on each of the security settings with which it works.
Bastille currently supports the Red Hat (Fedora Core, Enterprise, and Numbered/Classic), SUSE, Debian, Gentoo, and Mandrake distributions, along with HP-UX. It also supports Mac OS X.
4. Cryptux
Cryptux is a full featured Linux distribution that aims to bring full disk encryption to the common user. Cryptux is based on RedHat Linux with the inclusion of the PPDD crypto block driver by Allan Latham.
5. Darkfire Secure Linux
A stable and fast Linux/Unix toolset to aid in the security and ease of use of *Nix.
6. Endian Firewall
A Linux based security distribution with web based management, stateful packet inspection, proxies, anti-virus, anti-spam, content filtering and VPN.
7. EnGarde Secure Linux
This is a secure Linux security platform that combines web-based management and enterprise scalability.
8. Hardened Linux
Hardened Linux is a small and hardened Linux distribution. It is still under development.
9. IPCop Firewall
The IPCop Firewall is a Linux firewall distribution. It is geared towards home and SOHO users. The IPCop web-interface is very user-friendly and makes usage easy.
10. Annvix
Although Annvix is a secure Linux distro, it hasn't been in development since 2008.
